MC Up in Smoke Round Four - Meat Carnage!
Milton Common is once again teaming up with the legends at Bear's BBQ, Common Ground Brewing, Lanes BBQ, and Meat Hub to bring Brisbanites one heck of a low ‘n’ slow barbecue feast this October!
The carnage continues at our 4th Annual Texas BBQ Bash on Saturday October 19th!
This one-day-only event is set to be the ultimate showdown of succulent low 'n' slow smoked meats, where brisket, ribs, and sausages reign supreme. Come indulge in the rich, savory flavors that have made this event a must-attend for meat lovers, all while enjoying a curated selection of whiskeys and craft beers.
This year's event promises to be bigger, bolder, and smokier than ever. Don't miss out on this legendary BBQ experience—get ready to go up in smoke!
Two massive sessions will go down this spring with authentic low 'n' slow Texan barbecue feasts, beers, boilermakers, cocktails, and much more in the Milton-based brewery and distillery.
Sessions are three hours long and will run:
Saturday 19 October, 12pm-3pm
Saturday 19 October, 5pm-8pm
Whether you're ridin' solo, or bringing a crew, we have a few different options for this year's showdown which now include specialised drinks package add-ons, picklebacks (not to be mistaken with nickelback), live music, best dressed competitions, and much more!
So saddle up and get ready to tuck into a feast as MC goes Up In Smoke..again!
